JOB ROLE = Junior PPC Specialist (Creative Craft Brand)

We’re looking for a hands-on Junior PPC Specialist to join our small, creative team and help grow our online presence. You’ll be working directly with the founder and the Head of Design & Content to run and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with the freedom to experiment, learn, and make a real impact.
It’s a great first role for someone looking to grow their paid search career in a supportive, inspiring environment - with the potential to become full-time depending on the success of our campaigns.
🗓️ 2 - 3 days/week, freelance role, Monday to Friday (you choose which days).
📍 Bethnal Green, London studio. (This will be an in-office role).
🕑 Office hours = 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
💰 Pay Range = £110 - £150 per day, depending on experience.

We are I Can Make Shoes, a London-based shoemaking school and online course provider that teaches people all over the world how to make their own shoes from home. Founded in 2010, we’ve built a loyal global community of makers.
In 2023 we launched our sister brand I Can Make Bags.

What you’ll do:

Plan, create, and optimise Google Shopping and Meta Ads campaigns.

Analyse performance data and make actionable recommendations to improve ROAS.

Work closely with the Head of Design and Content to develop creative ideas in line with our brand.

Collaborate with the founder to test and scale campaigns.

Report results and insights in a clear, visual way.
What we’re looking for:

1+ years of hands-on experience managing Google, YouTube, and Meta Ads.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics.

A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently without constant direction.
Someone who is constantly learning and keeping up with the latest PPC strategies, tools, and trends. -
Creative thinking with an eye for design and audience engagement.

Interest in crafts, sewing, or design (bonus if you’ve made something yourself!).

Self-motivated, curious, and happy to get stuck into all aspects of campaign management.
